We encourage you to not only help yourself to these tips, but to also drop a tip in yourself that might encourage others to indulge. We want to know what you do to make yourself feel good and your life easier.

DND
Putting your phone on Do Not Disturb to prepare your mental, and emotional self time to prepare for or
decompress from your day is awesome self care. This tip also allows you time to enjoy your favorite activity uninterrupted. Try creating a schedule to have your phone on DND for at least 3 hours out of your day.
Select the Gift wrap Option
Is this a gift? Uh... Yea! Uh gift to ME! Having your orders from your merchant gift wrapped is a whole vibe!!! It's like opening a present every time you get a delivery. It makes you feel special on a different level. And it's a subtle way to show people how you want to be treated.
Solo Dates
I love to be wined and dined, I love a girls night out, but I love dating myself. This is a time to try new things figure out what things you like to do outside of the norm. Dating yourself also gives you a chance to figure out exactly what you look forward to when being around others.

Uh uh... Get somebody else to do it.
Paying a professional company or someone that you trust to do things like cleaning, organizing and even hair appointments is major tip!!! It opens up time and energy to do the things you really want and need to do. These tasks can sometimes be stressful and overwhelming, so get someone else to do it!
Let that shit out
Releasing those thoughts and feeling is amazing for the mind and body. Journaling, therapy or a good scream are a few ways to release those inner thoughts. Not all thoughts are bad or negative but that doesn't mean that you don't need to release them. Ain't nothing like a good ol' vent!
New me... who dis?
Detoxing that contact list is a huge must. Keeping in contact with people that hurt you, mean you no good, or do not align with who are and who you're becoming does nothing but hold you back from becoming the best version of you.
Shhhhhh
Talk less, and listen more. There's a lot of lessons in your silence. People will tell you all you need to know if you listen.
Be Intentional
Often times we do things just to do them, but moving with intentions puts us closer to both your small and big goals. Being intentional with your thoughts and moves will having you the life you have always wanted and being the best version of yourself.
Make your space comfortable
Outside cost too much so make your space somewhere you don't want to leave. Going on vacation shouldn't be the only time you experience comfort and luxury. Now some of us don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on décor, but there are budget friendly ways to make your living space comfortable. Making your space beautiful and comfortable is a sure way to make you wanna stay in and out the way.
Affirm yourself Daily
Saying daily affirmations to yourself can change your entire perspective. Changing the way you think is a huge step in changing your life completely. At those moments where imposter syndrome began to sneak in, say n affirmation. When things don't go your way, affirm yourself. If you can speak life into others, you can speak life into yourself.
Be Delulu!!!
Listen... when it comes to my manifestations I'm a whole fool with it. I'm delusional as hell and I'm okay with that. Imma get mine and it's gon be a whole lot of everythang. Be delusional about what you want because I'm sure your plan for yourself is way smaller than what's in store for you.
Sleep In
Sometimes we need that extra hour or two, so take it! We get so caught up in all the things we have to do that we forget to listen to our bodies. It's best to just lay down before being laid out. So take the nap and wake up feeling refreshed.
Social Media Break
Sometimes life can overwhelming in itself, then you add the pressures and the negativity that social media platforms bring and that makes a whole disaster to your mental and sometimes physical health. We're not saying that social media is all bad, but it has the potential to tarnish beautiful things. A week or two off won't hurt. It can only help.
Celebrate yourself!
A win is a win. Celebrate them. Promotion? Another lap around the sun? Didn't add anything to your overflowing Amazon cart? Celebrate it all. You are so deserving of that pop and fizz from a champagne bottle or the feel of a lite breeze as you sit at the brunch table enjoying a meal and/or drink of celebration. A little celebration goes a long way!!! Go ahead and start that journey.
