All orders must be placed through our official website. Orders submitted via other methods (e.g., text) must be acknowledged by an official invoice to be valid. If you have not received an invoice, please contact The Moisture Jar immediately. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full.

Once your order has been submitted and processed, it cannot be changed. For any product customizations (e.g., "No coconut oil," or "Extra coconut oil"), please include specific instructions in the Notes section at checkout.
Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, unless items are marked as pre-order.

Shipping is a separate cost, calculated and applied at checkout.

We currently ship Monday through Friday only.

Orders are shipped via USPS, with a standard delivery time of 7–10 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your USPS tracking number. If you do not see this email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
To track your order, please visit the USPS website using the tracking number provided.
